Katie was amazing in helping us find a solid home that had the things we desired. And she was able to help us negotiate through a tough deal. Shes one of the best!

We signed a contact with katie on 6/11/25. Our home was in Ann Arbor, an area Katie does not have experience with Ann Arbor but she never comminicated this was not her normal area to sell. 1st time we asked her to see a home for sale she simply just didnt show up. her personal issues were to blame. She constantly had us dropping the price by leaps and bounds. expected a $20k drop per month We drew the line when she didnt do any open house we had requested. We were not notified before. We had to ask Katie for everything. She was not transparent. We went over 100 days with Katie. Let her go and signed with Redfin. 2% commissions and you get a person with expertise in the city you live in. Less that a month and we already receive an offer and we are pending now. However keeping Katie as the realtor caused us to lose a ton of equity and force us to find a buyer in the fall winter months. which is not ideal. Just use literally anyone other than Katie. cant set aside her personal life. selling your house is absolutely not a priority for her

I can't say enough about Katie and her willingness to work for me and meet all my needs immediately not having me wait which was wonderful. Katie was very knowledgeable on the homes and pointed out things to me that I would have most likely even missed! She is a great realtor and I recommed using her to anyone who really wants someone that represents them to their fullest! Katie did an outstanding job when assisting us with selling our current home and buyer our new home 3 hours away! She was such a pleasure to work with during the process. We were interested in buying a large parcel of property that had an existing house on it. We only wanted the property but not the house, but sellers would not split up. Katie did all the research in what we would need to purchase and split the parcel. Based on her findings, we went ahead with the purchase. Katie took care of every detail getting the property split and the house sold (which sold in 4 days). She kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, we did not need to do anything. Katie handled it all. An awesome real estate agent. Honest, dedicated, and very hard working
