She came out months in advance and helped me develop a list of key items to upgrade before listing. She gave excellent advice and also paired me up with fantastic contractors to assist with the work. I had very little luck finding responsive contractors on my own because they all seemed to be slammed with work, but when Kathy called them though they dropped what they were doing to come and help. That's EXACTLY what I needed to get my house sold.The end result was that we sold our 100+ year old house for OVER asking price in UNDER a week! This while there were at least a dozen other houses in the same price range in the same neighborhood languishing on the market for months.The advice and guidance I received from Kathy and her team was spot on time and time again. ZillowVERIFIED Kathy is very knowledge and focused. She toured the house before it went on the market and advised me on what I could expect to get for the house "as is" and if I made improvements. She also provided me with areas of improvement to make. Her knowledge of the modern methods of using the internet to market the house was extremely beneficial. In coordination with the photographer, she made an amazing online ad. The ad went live Thursday night and the first two showings were the next day. And we had 2 excellent offers by the evening on Saturday. With advice from her, I made a counter offer to one, and by Sunday the house was under contract. She helped guide me through the inspection, appraisal, and sale process. Kath was instrumental in getting me far more money for the house than I originally anticipated.
