I highly recommend Kathy West as a real estate agent. Working with Kathy to sell my home was a very positive experience. She was very knowledgeable about the current market in my area. She came up with a well thought out pricing strategy and appropriate time to list. When concerns arose, she addressed them quickly and thoroughly. Kathy had the home professionally staged. The house looked great and the professional pictures and video tour were so good. As offers came in, Kathy weighed in with her thoughts but left room for me to form my own opinions. Kathy has exceptional negotiation skills. All in all, I was very happy with the service that I received from Kathy. I would gladly use her services in the future.
