Windermere Real Estate/JS

Kathy was amazing. She helped with both the purchase and sale of my condo. She always responded quickly to any inquiries I had and walked me through the steps necessary to bring the purchase and sale to the conclusion hoped for. I would recommend her services to anyone - buying or selling!!

Kathy was outstanding in her efforts to sell our property. Even though we had some bumps along the way (not related to her excellent work) she helped us navigate through them and we are happy with the results! She was kind, considerate and she went to bat for us! We couldnt have done this without her expertise and experience.

Kathy was awesome in all stages of selling our mothers townhouse! She was proactive and communicated extremely well during all phases of the sale. With the market slowing down, high interest rates making it hard for people to buy, she still negotiated a great price and made the sale happen in a timely manner. We will recommend her to EVERYONE!

I highly recommend Kathy West as a real estate agent. Working with Kathy to sell my home was a very positive experience. She was very knowledgeable about the current market in my area. She came up with a well thought out pricing strategy and appropriate time to list. When concerns arose, she addressed them quickly and thoroughly. Kathy had the home professionally staged. The house looked great and the professional pictures and video tour were so good. As offers came in, Kathy weighed in with her thoughts but left room for me to form my own opinions. Kathy has exceptional negotiation skills. All in all, I was very happy with the service that I received from Kathy. I would gladly use her services in the future.

Kathy helped us find our first home and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process! She went out of her way to show us homes we were interested in and was always knowledgeable about the areas. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
