Greetings, We were first time sellers of our family home and the process was filled with a "have never done this before" component as well as the mixed emotions of saying good bye to a certain portion of your history. Though all of these trials we were lucky enough to have Kathy as our realtor...she was very clear...concise...patient...professional...and understanding of what our goals were and she did an excellent job of explaining the positives and negatives of each decision we were making or trying to make. Because we had never had the opportunity to sell property before and the process can be a bit overwhelming to the novice, it was extremely comforting to know we had an agent who had the professional expertise to help us navigate the various complexities of this procedure.
