From the house showing, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, and every possible question I could throw at her (of which there were many), she was with me every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of each house that would have totally escaped me. She never however imposed, but offered her expertise as a guide or counsel, working according to my needs and interests. ZillowVERIFIED 6yrs ago I had a different agent and we were getting nowhere. I found a house I liked but my agent wouldn't set up a showing because it was more than what I had to spend. I found kathy and told her the problems I was having and she immediately called the hime owner. We went to see the house and made an offer which the seller accepted. Now 6yrs later when I want to sell this house I went to kathy. 3 weeks on the market and my house sold. Kathy worked so very hard and diligent to meet our needs. ZillowVERIFIED Kathy assisted us in buying our house. Initially we were looking at resales , but quickly realized a new build better suited our needs. Kathy listened to what our list of wants and price point were and directed us to a list of neighborhoods in the area. Her knowledge of the area and schools were impressive and if she didn't have an answer, she was quick to find one. In a matter of two days, she lead us to a neighborhood I would have never found without her help. We were able to build an amazing home at a fabulous price point, in an awesome family oriented neighborhood that seems to be holding its property value. Perfection! That was the easier part. Kathy played an even greater role, when things started going South with the builder. We were promised closing dates, that kept fluctuating and there started to be staffing issues with the construction superintendents. We had to move out of our current house and were forced to live in a hotel. We started to lose faith in the builder, with the continuous lip service. Kathy aggressively handled the situation, so that we were able to get in contact with the county inspectors and she told us how to get in touch with a good private inspector. She also guided me in getting the builder's division president involved, so the building process was properly expodited. We were at risk of losing our interest rate lock, and because of Kathy's help, we were able to close just in time. We initially started our search for a house, without someone representing us as a buyer. BIG mistake! Don't do it! I would have been beyond my breaking point without Kathy and Dalal. Make sure you are represented by the best! I was!

ZillowVERIFIED WOW is really all I can say for Kathy and Scott Deal. As first time home buyers my wife and I didn't know to much but Kathy made us feel like we've done this before and she truly looked out for our best interests. She would always tell us what to look for good and bad. Biggest thing is she was real and truthful to us the ENTIRE time. She was more worried about us then herself. She made it possible for my wife and I to close on our house the day after our honeymoon as she said we would. We were having a kinda rough time with the sellers lets just say Kathy took care of it. 5 stars really isn't enough for both Kathy and Scott, if i could id put 20 stars for them. Not only are we gonna look at them as our realtors but now family friends.

For example, I placed a contract on a home with an HOA, but Kathy researched it quickly and found the restriction she knew would cause me problems, so I was able to proceed to a house better suited for my needs.
