She has lived in 3 different states over that time and loves Washington State the best, having moved here several years ago for her husbands career. The best around for buying or selling your house. Kathryn did a superb job when we purchased our house 4 years ago to when we sold our house. She is the forst person to go to bat for you amd always remains friendly and professional. Highly recommended! Especially for forst time home buyers, she doesn't sugar coat anything and let's you know the up front everything that you are sogning and what it means, the pros and cons to everything. Massive help, if we ever move back to Washington state we will definitely be borrowing her experience again!
