I helped a gentleman who was selling his home to move to an assisted living facility. He had lived in his home since it was built in the 1950s and he was so proud of it. He was able to sell it to just the right family.
In 2007, my sister asked me if I wanted to get my real estate license, and I said "Yes!" I love real estate and it runs in my family. At the time, I was already investing in rental properties and my neighbors started asking me to help them become investors, too... So it just made sense, and I've loved every minute of it!
