Wow! What a great experience we had with Kathleen Galano selling our house in Neptune, NJ from start to finish and would recommend her to everyone! The buyer had a home sale contingency the whole time, homes in Jumping Brook were hitting the market priced lower and we had to ignore it and just keep moving forward. Kathleen felt confident after the home inspection and once they received the loan commitment it would happen. We ended up selling over the offer price!
