Kathie Lauhoff is an amazing realtor. We are so lucky we got the chance to work with her - twice! We initially reached out to Kathie because we were looking to purchase property to build a custom home on. Although we weren't trying to be difficult, my husband and I gave her an impossible task: good schools, not too far from work, but not too close to town, close to shopping, but not too west or east or north or south, be able to choose our own builder, affordable, no flooding, quiet streets, older trees, etc, etc, etc. Kathie was upfront that we were asking for a lot, but she didn't shy away from the challenge. And, in what must be record time, she found the perfect piece of property that checked off every item on our list.Kathie was so helpful through the entire process, and her response time is unmatched.
