Realm Real Estate Professionals

Kathie was great, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. It took us almost 2 years to find our home and she stuck with us and kept showing potential homes until we found our new home.

Kathie Lauhoff is an amazing realtor. We are so lucky we got the chance to work with her - twice! We initially reached out to Kathie because we were looking to purchase property to build a custom home on. Although we weren't trying to be difficult, my husband and I gave her an impossible task: good schools, not too far from work, but not too close to town, close to shopping, but not too west or east or north or south, be able to choose our own builder, affordable, no flooding, quiet streets, older trees, etc, etc, etc. Kathie was upfront that we were asking for a lot, but she didn't shy away from the challenge. And, in what must be record time, she found the perfect piece of property that checked off every item on our list.Kathie was so helpful through the entire process, and her response time is unmatched. We were constantly impressed by how quickly she addresses any questions or concerns, and by how quickly she processed the loads of paperwork. Because of Kathie's knowledge, dedication, and skill to move quickly, we avoided a bidding war on the lot we wanted. When it came time to sell our current home, Kathie provided the same quality of service and then some. She always returned our calls or texts, and she walked us through everything we need to do in order to ensure our home would sell. While other houses on our street had been sitting on the market for months, with Kathie's guidance and hard work, we had multiple interested buyers immediately. Our home sold in less than a week!Kathie truly has her clients best interest at heart. She is the ideal agent. She understands buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your life. Kathie was always honest and caring through the process, and always very helpful, from our initial interview to both of our closings. I really cannot say enough good things about her! Kathie made us feel important and comfortable with the entire buying and selling journey. The whole process is stressful enough, so to not only have a qualified realtor but someone who actually cares about your investment or divestment, is equally as important. You will not be disappointed with your decision to work with Kathie Lauhoff!

Kathie was very professional and a breeze to work with. She set up a great online portfolio of the home we wished to sell and kept us informed every step of the way as to market trends and what was happening in the neighborhood our home was in. At no time did she pressure us or even try to drop the deal even though it was proving to be a hard sell. Truly appreciated her services.

Good realtor, will do a business again
