ZillowVERIFIEDI can?t say enough amazing things about Kat. My husband and I bought and sold our first home through her and she made the process quick and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and provided us with many options on how to improve the value of our home. I could ask a question at any time of day and get a quick response from her. She stays on top of everything from inspections to closing dates and makes the buying/selling process as painless as possible. Kat will be the first person I call if I ever move back to the VA/WV area!

ZillowVERIFIED Kat was incredible! I had a negative experience prior, she was personally recommended by the broker. Kat was early to showings, was in the house with her technology working, and ready to answer various questions or find out crucial information. She was quick, responsive, understanding, and so unbelievably kind. I don?t ever want another realtor! She truly is amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was/is AMAZING! She was on our side from day one. She helped us stage our home to perfection resulting in an amazingly fast buy. She was extremely responsive when we would reach out and always put our needs first. She was super awesome when it came to any questions we had and was honest and upfront and even educated us on things we had no idea about! She made this process so much easier and let?s face it, moving is such a pain. Honestly without Katherine I don?t think we would?ve done this with such grace!

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was easy to work with and very attentive as to what we were looking for in a new home. Her strong negotiation skills got us exactly what we were looking for as of today over a year later she still holds the sales record for the home we sold in our previous community. She was quick to respond and a pleasure to work with during the selling and buying experience very knowledgably. I would definitely recommend her. She will be my first call if I sell or buy again.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Katherine. Because we were moving from out of state to an area we only knew a little about, Kat?s knowledge of the Winchester/West Virginia area was a great help. As a first time homebuyer, she was extremely helpful answering process questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was so flexible to our schedules. She was able to accommodate late evenings after our work commute home from the city which was amazing to us. She explained everything and did her own checks to ensure items were reviewed for us during the walk throughs. She helped us make our offer on our dream home which also had several other offers on the first day on the market and helped educate us through the whole rest of the process. We were able to buy our dream home and find it only with her assistance! I truly believe her quick flexibility helped us land our home. Her rapport made us very comfortable and trusted her. Her customer service is above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much Katherine! We love our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kat did an excellent job in refreshing a listing that had lingered on the market a little too long, and getting it sold quickly. We appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to step outside of the box and find a creative way to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was great. She really knew the market and how to sell our house quickly. We were selling from out of state and she made the process easy. She knew what updates we needed to do and was able to find people to do them for a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend her if you want to sell your house quickly. She was great at communicating and would update us at least once a week.

ZillowVERIFIED Got multiple offers for the house in less than a week. Clearly exceeded all the expectations I had. I tried two other realestate agent, who apparently sold a lot of homes, however, they couldnt get my any offers, let along selling it.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine worked closely with us over several months and expansive distances to find a lake front house for immediate vacation use and our eventual retirement home. She was responsive, patient, and industrious during all stages of data gathering, trade space development, and careful down selection. She was effective in the contract process, and supported our navigation through negotiations that became potentially disadvantageous when modified verbiage was introduced that had specific interpretations in contract law. She worked closely with the sellers agent to resolve the situation and eliminate our risk. We are very pleased with the home purchase and with Katherines management of the process.
