Kate Wille

I'm Kate Wille, owner and principal broker of Porch Light, a Keller Williams team serving Portland and the Mt. Hood corridor. I've been helping people buy and sell homes for two decades, and I founded Porch Light in 2015 to build the kind of team I'd want working for my own family: small, personal, and fully invested in every client.

Today, Porch Light is the dynamic duo of me and Kelsey, and you'll get to know us both. We work side by side on every transaction. Between us, someone is always watching the details, answering your questions, and keeping things moving, so nothing falls through the cracks and you're never left wondering what's next.

Our clients range from first-time buyers in close-in Portland neighborhoods to families selling a longtime home to people searching for a cabin in Welches or a getaway on the mountain. Whatever the property, we bring the same approach: honest advice, local knowledge built over twenty years, and a strong voice at the negotiating table. When we represent buyers, we write contracts that protect them all the way to closing.
