When my father was looking to purchase some property in Green Valley, Arizona he hired Kat Tyree to help him with the transaction. My father always had a hard time working with real estate agents, but his experiences with Kat were unlike his experience with any other realtor. My father had the utmost confidence, respect, and trust for Kat. Unfortunately, after my father's death in 2021 I was responsible for selling the Green Valley property and was overwhelmed emotionally and psychologically from the tasks required of me. I reached out to Kat for help and she was truly invaluable during the process. Kat was incredibly experienced and it showed through her superb negotiation skills and wisdom about the transaction process. Kat was constantly simplifying the process and communicating the options, risks, and potential outcomes of the transaction. She took an incredible amount of weight off my shoulders and gave me a piece of mind that my interest would be looked after and preserved through the process. After the sale concluded, I was very satisfied with Kat's work and I was better able to understand how she made such a good impression on father. is it a detriment not to have my own broker when making a deal

You should absolutely have your own Broker to advise you! Especially if the other side is represented by a licensed Real Estate Broker, but a professionals advice is invaluable.
