ZillowVERIFIEDI am very grateful for Kat's help in helping me and my son find a new home for us that was affordable and comfortable, and in a supportive community. She was great at communicating with us about what was available and finding options that were a good fit for us. I very much appreciated that there were never surprises, especially not financial surprises. She also did a great job helping sell my old house - she knew what needed to be done to make it attractive to buyers. She was easy to work with and I didn't feel pressured.
ZillowVERIFIEDKat has made my experiences both buying and selling homes a joy! She works with such ease and skill in every detail. I have learned so much from her as a client. Her excellent communication skills, and years of experience made the process flawless. It was a relief to have her by my side once again, working her magic and nailing down the purchase on the home I had to have! You will find exactly what you are looking for if you have Kat working by your side. Such a professional and always going above and beyond.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough about our experience with Kat! She is so hardworking and dedicated to her clients. We bought a home with her during the time when houses were leaving the market in the first couple days of being listed, so we had to see homes and make offers super fast. Kat was always ready to go see a home - at 8:00pm one night we jokingly asked her to see a home at 8:30pm that same night, and she said ?let?s do it!?, and met us there. She goes absolutely above and beyond for her clients and when you know a house is the one, she fights tooth and nail to get you that house! She is a total shark when you need her to be, but will take a step back to listen to you and follow your lead when you need her to as well. She has so much knowledge and insight on not just information on the market and areas, but design, layout, and renovations that could be made to help see your vision of your dream house. She comes with a plethora of connections to companies and lenders that help through the home buying process and made our first home buying experience so smooth and relaxing. We had all the confidence and trust in the world that Kat knew what she was doing and would make sure things are done right! This all still does not incapsulate the fun, wonderful person that Kat is. Thank you so much Kat for helping us find our first home and we can?t wait to work with you again in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDMost awesome realtor!!! Needed an experienced and trustworthy realtor to sell our house due to job relocation. Kat was thorough, patient and a wonderful resource. She guided us through prepping our house, negotiated service costs, staged our house beautifully, and got the house sold in a week. With her background in marketing, she was knowledgeable and diligent all through out the listing and selling process. Kat deserves ????????????????????!!!
