ZillowVERIFIED I moved here from out of state and was referred by a friend to work with Kat. Going with that suggestion was the best move I could have possibly made going into the Portland market. Since Day 1, Kat was invested in our move, process, and gave a ton of guidance and support. The market here is COMPETITIVE, but if you have someone knowledgeable, knows other agents, and is TRUSTED by other agents - like Kat is - the process went a whole lot better than I've heard it's gone for others. Any house we toured that had a rep in the business, they knew Kat. To me, that was reassuring because she had a great reputation around the community. One other thing I appreciated while moving from out of state was she had a ton of recommendations. She helped set us up with agents in Texas to sell my house (I needed a "Texas" Kat). I also needed things like handymen, garage door installer, trusted landscaper, etc. and all of her recommendations have been phenomenal. She also suggested local mortgage companies to work with, both of which I really liked (it was so hard to choose!). Overall, she went above and beyond. The best part was she listened to our needs, provided great results, got us the house of our dreams. Her honesty and realistic perspective, all while being positive and upbeat, made this process so much smoother. A home is a huge purchase, you need to work with someone trusted and knows the community. I wouldn't work with anyone else and will continue to recommend her to locals.
