Being a first time buyer though, I wish he would have sat down with me and baby walked me through the process which didnt happen, maybe because of the advancement of technology where everything is now done through mobile phones or he just had multiple clients which probably made me a non-priority. I signed so many legal documents without guidance. Either that that, Mr. Thomas is an attentive and helpful agent when he is physically present. I could be part of the communication challenges too as I was in and out of training with my job during the whole purchasing process. Mr. Thomas presented me a priceless gift ?? in the end that I cant thank him enough for.
