ZillowVERIFIEDKarmen has been our real estate agent for 5yrs. She has stuck by our side in the long 3yr search for the right piece of property. Once we found the land, she made it process so easy and understandable. She literally held our hand through it all. She also helped us purchase commercial property and the same thing, She was by our side the whole way. She is knowledge, kind, and responsive.

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a wonderful experience with Karmen that we not only used her to sell our home, but also called her when we were ready to buy 9 months later after traveling. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about the process. The home selling side was a breeze. The pictures that were taken for marketing were amazing and she gave us perfect guidance on pricing. We had an offer within 72 hours! On the home buying side of things, when we found homes we were interested in seeing, she was able to take us promptly to tour them. When we found the home we liked, she helped us decide on a good offer and walked us through all the steps that followed. I highly recommend Karmen! Whether you are looking to buy or sell she will listen to your needs and go above and beyond expectations! She treats her clients like friends, not a paycheck! You can tell that she really cares about you and your experience. Thank you again, Karmen!

ZillowVERIFIED She was absolutely amazing. I had a home that needed to be sold aEURoeas isaEUR?, sooner being better than later. We were under no delusions regarding the state of it, as its condition had been in decline for a number of years. We had a revision to the initial offering price, then a flood of offers that resulted in a sale at a premium (more than what was asked), all within a period of about two weeks. Simply incredible. She kept me updated constantly and was never out of reach at any time. She is personally charming and instantly makes you feel comfortable that you are doing business with the right person; there is no one else I would want to sell (or buy) a home with.

ZillowVERIFIED Karmen has helped me find a house over 3 years ago. She is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond. She has helped my neighbor sell their home as well as helped my parents buy a home near me. Her honesty and positive attitude have made us feel like part of her family.

ZillowVERIFIED Karmen is fantastic! She helped me and my family find the right home. In addition to showing homes, she also has great insight into home-buying and helped steer us in the right direction throughout the process. She is always accessible, follows up, and takes personal ownership of you as a client to make certain you find the right home. THANK YOU KARMEN!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the first experience I've ever had in purchasing a home for myself and I'd probably have never made it to closing without Karmen's excellent help! She had the answers to my questions before I even knew I had questions and she definitely went above and beyond in helping me select the perfect home for my life style and price range. If I had to purchase another home today I wouldn't ask for anyone but Karmen!

ZillowVERIFIED Karmen made us feel like we were the only family she was working with. I will always feel enormous gratitude for the amount of time she invested in showing us houses, educating us about processes/forms/procedures, researching numerous properties, and being so enthusiastic with us the entire duration of our house hunt. Her demeanor was always one of the utmost patience and professionalism, even though I know we were a difficult and time consuming family to work with. She was always quick to respond to calls/texts. She always had appts booked and lined up perfectly to match our already hectic schedules. Truly, she is gifted at what she does. She is a lovely person!

ZillowVERIFIED Karmen is a wonderful person and an even better agent. She makes things personal and is leading you each step of the way. This was my husband and I's first home so she looked for things that we did not think to, she explained the home value in comparison to others in the area, she always had time to help us look at properties, she treated us as family. We valued her opinion and let her guide us in picking the right home. She showed us properties that we did not think we would like and ended up falling in love and purchasing the home. She stayed in touch with me throughout the contract process and stayed in communication wtih my mortgage originator. We thank her for all of her help and will refer her to anyone that is purchasing a home :)

ZillowVERIFIED Karmen was wonderful to work with! She was readily available every day, anytime for phone calls and house showings. She is very quick to respond back to any texts or phone calls. She is very prompt with appointments, showings, submission of paper work, and with listing the home for sale. She edits and updates the sale listings as needed to increase number of showings. She is able to provide honest referrals for financing, attorneys, home inspections, etc. She attempts to always give 24h notice of house showings, when able to, so that the buyer has time to prepare for a showing. She is patient and truly wants the client to sell their home for a fair yet profitable price. She has excellent negotiation skills to make the right home work out for the potential buyers. She has excellent repertoire and communication with other selling agents. I will use Karmen again for any house selling or buying again in the future.
