Meet Karla Molina I grew up with my four siblings in Highland Park, California, where I learned from my incredible parents that solid values, a strong work ethic, and determination pay off. After earning a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University, I worked as a Social Worker with abused children, families, and the elderly throughout Los Angeles County. After my own children reached school age, I decided to pursue my long-time passion in real estate and became a realtor. I am now fortunate enough to continue working with people directly, guiding them through the selling process, and helping them achieve their dream of homeownership. I love what I do! I firmly believe that it is my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability and educate them with the latest market information to make the best decision possible. When clients decide to sell or buy a home, they entrust me with one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make. They need to feel secure and educated throughout the process, knowing that I have their best interest every step of the way. My approach is simple; it is all about my clients and what they need. I want my clients to walk away from a transaction feeling that I did a great job for them. For me, it really does come down to caring more about people and putting their needs first.
