Mike is a fantastic Realtor. If youre looking for a Realtor that has passion about his job, straight shooter, determination to find you the right home, dedication to get you to the finish line, has great negotiating skills, timeliness responses, knowledgeable on the local area, and expertise knowledge from beginner to experienced home buyers/home sellers, then Mike is your guy. Mike was able to find us our first home is this extremely competitive Market and in a competitive price zone. He was able to find us our home within budget, location, size, and requirements that we had. His Home inspector Juan, that he uses is extremely thorough and is great at his job. Mike reveiws all documents and is there to answer any questions that you may have no matter the time. If youre unsure of what you can comfortable afford Mike can sit down with you and review the numbers. He has a great recommendations on the finance side of the house as well. Mike is extremely Military friendly and will work with clients that are overseas coming back stateside. Thank you for all of your hard work that you put into us and finding us our First Home.

My husband was deployed when we were selling our home, and had to have everything completed in a very limited amount of time before he returned and we moved across the country. I was working full time with two kids during the height of COVID. To say I was stressed would definitely be an understatement. Mike could not have made the process easier! He did his research and priced our house to sell immediately, and it did (it was on the market a week, if that)! He eliminated my stress and anxiety and really made the process so easy for me, given our situation. My husband was able to complete and sign all the necessary documents from overseas seamlessly, so when he came home everything was taken care of. It was honestly so relieving. I could not recommend Mike more. His knowledge and expertise are unmatched, but really the amount of care he put into our situation is what sets him far above the rest. I could not be more grateful!
