Review Our realtor, Janel Delos Reyes with Keller Williams Greater 360 Royston Team gave us great service when we were trying to buy a property on the Kitsap, Washington peninsula. We were out of state home buyers not familiar with the local neighborhoods. Janel helped identify various potential neighborhoods on the Kitsap peninsula, compare prices and decide upon making an offer. After the offer was accepted, she arranged for the home inspection and then stayed with us and the home inspector to understand any potential issues. Janel also helped us navigate how to handle home inspection findings when the seller did not want to correct any identified issues. Just before closing, temperatures suddenly dropped below freezing and Janel checked that the house thermostat was set so that pipes would not freeze. Janel also kept watch on property after transaction was complete since we were still living out of state. She also provided a list of vendors that could provide reliable repairs for items identified in home inspection. Throughout the process, Janel maintained a cheerful, can-do attitude. We?ll plan to work with Janel on our next real estate transaction.

Review What an amazing experience we had with the Royston team! My wife and I worked with Karl and Shari to sell and purchase a home at the same time. The process started with Karl working with the listing agent of our new home to get our contingent offer accepted. His expertise and industry knowledge played a key role in helping have our contingent offer accepted. From there we had to put all our trust in Shari and her team to help get our old house on the market and sold in a hurry as we were on a tight timeline to close on our new home. She came through in a big way for us as we sold our house after being on the market for only 2 days for over asking price and had multiple offers. Both Karl and Shari consistently set realistic expectations for what to expect during the process. It took almost a year for us to find the right house but both Karl and Shari remained patient with us and helped us to find the right opportunity. With the complexity of our situation, I dont believe there is a better team that we could have worked with. The communication was clear and concise, and they never failed to return phone calls or respond to questions. Looking back, this process felt easy even though it was far from easy and that is a tribute to our experience with the Royston team. This review would not be complete if I didnt mention Julie who works with Karl and showed us several properties. Julie was also a pleasure to work with as she showed my wife and I several properties and gave us great advice and in site at each home we looked at until we found the right home. Review Recently bought my first house in Bremerton. Karl Royston was my real estate agent, and Julie Johnson was the showing agent. Karl was very knowledgable and did a good job communicating throughout the process. He was able to adequately answer all my questions, which is impressive coming from me because I pay attention and ask a lot of good questions. Julie was also very easy to work with. We never had any availability issues for viewing houses and shes very knowledgable about the whole buying a house process as well. Local knowledge is probably better in Poulsbo area where these guys are based, but I know the Bremerton area pretty well, so it didnt matter to me at all.

It was really wonderful having her in our corner. She took care of us every step of the way. I can?t say enough good things about the Roystons. I would recommend them to anyone.
