They helped us buy our home of next ten years with their knowledge of the market, area and knowledge of what makes a home's value. We paid no more than asking on a house without offer review date with their help. They are very responsive, friendly and weighed in on some of the choices we were making with data. They provided with quality references to get some home improvements done. I have also been leaning on them for advice on my rental. I wish houses would come with a help line that calls straight to them. The only downside is sometimes availability for showings and being prepared to make tough choices both early on and at the very end. It feels like a pressure chamber but that is true of every real estate transaction.
