If we could give Kari all the stars in the sky, we would. THAT is how amazing she is. When we met as casual acquaintances, I never in a million years anticipated that we would have a working relationship in finding my mom a single-story home. The stars (there's that symbolism again) aligned for our family and Kari proved to us what an amazing realtor she is. I thank my lucky stars (sorry, I had to) that we had such a smooth transaction. Don't get me wrong, there was a lot of back and forth with negotiations for repairs and such, but Kari held her ground like a boss and never left us feeling like we weren't her absolute highest priority. We feel that both the buyer and seller walked away happy. In fact, the seller's young son was recently visiting their old neighbor friends (now my mom's neighbors) and ended up at her house at an impromptu Labor Day bbq. It was a very full circle moment. Another great quality that Kari holds is her unconditional follow-through. This girl is as loyal as they come. A perfect example is a recent project that we had at my mom's house- a crawlspace cleanout and vapor barrier replacement. This was something that had come up on the inspection and something that we wanted to have addressed before my mom moved in. On the day that we had the service performed, Kari showed up at 8am and stayed until the work was done. This was 3 months after we closed escrow!! Yes, she did that, on her own accord, because she is awesome! We have used other real estate agents in the past and her commitment is unlike any of those agents. She will support and show up and be smiling the whole time. Do yourself, your family, and your friends a favor and get a real estate agent that you can rely on, and ultimately considered a family member, because that's what Kari has become to us, family.
