She was strategic in helping list the property, helpful in many ways that truly went above and beyond any real estate agent that I have ever worked with. I live 2 hours away from the property and Karen would often check on the property to make sure everything was ok and let me know. She also helped with the closing process and worked to get the paperwork ready for me to sign when I was in town a few days before the closing. She often reminded me of things I may have forgotten to do and that was extremely helpful as well. Karen is a gem and true realtor for everyone.
