For buyers my goal is to search for properties that meet their needs in the geographic area desired. Arrange for showings, work with them in preparing an offer, guide them through the inspections, and be with them at the closing to celebrate. Introduce you to a mortgage lender that will explain the buying process in detail and also determine how much house you can afford.
