ZillowVERIFIEDI chose Karen for her people skills first. We were helping our daughter with buying her first house and I wanted an agent who demonstrates patience and understanding with a first time buyer. I quickly realized that Jaren has unlimited knowledge and skills in the real estate industry. She made this often stressful process smooth and seamless. Karen was very responsive to our daughters questions concerns and needs. I would highly recommend Karen especially for first time buyers. Thank you Karen!

She went above and beyond with changing the verbiage on our listing and keeping us updated. Always available night or day and on the weekends. ZillowVERIFIED just sold my first house with Karen and she made the process smooth, she let me know what and how to stage the house for a quick sale, and when we had a buyer back out 1 day later another buyer came along and the house sold and closed within 5 weeks. she gave me the direction I needed to make sure all the things I needed to do were done on time for the sale to happen quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED We lost our father very unexpectedly in the midst of the COVID pandemic. We were able to sell our home the first weekend it was listed and close the home very quickly. Karen was knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations to increase the value of the home. We received an offer for the full asking price. I would highly recommend Karen because she was knowledgeable, efficient, communicated effectively and helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED I would strongly recommend Karen to anyone looking to purchase a home. I saw a house advertised that I desperately wanted to see. I was headed out of town so I could not go see it. I called Karen, she jumped right out and looked at it on my behalf. Turned out it wasn't something for me. Once we found the home for me, she handled everything is a very professional manor and made sure that the communications were timely with all parties involved, If I needed information, it was provided immediately upon request. It's hard to find people these days who will do what they say they're going to do, and do it when they say they are going to do it. But not Karen. She does exactly what she says she's going to do, and does it when she say's she going to do it!! She's a woman with INTEGRITY!!

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed 4 agents and chose Karen because of her experience, professionalism, and congeniality. She did extensive research on the house and the neighborhood, and was able to get a large response to the listing by featuring the benefits of Magnolia and nearby parks, schools, and amenities. She arranged prompt photography, helped with staging suggestions, and held an open house and broker's open house. We had three very favorable offers in 5 days! Karen helped us with negotiations with the buyers we selected, and kept us informed until the final closing. We would definitely choose Karen again for our next home sale, and recommend her to anyone currently selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen helped us both buy our house and then sell our house when we decided to move back to our home state. With both processes she made sure to keep us in the loop for due dates and updates. When we bought our house the process took forever due to the buyer having a court date. She kept us positive as I was pregnant and unsure if we would have a house before our son was born (ended up being born 10 days after closing). When we decided we were going to move, she gave us tips one things to do to our house before we put it on the market so it was ready for selling day. When we put an offer on our new house with a contingency she helped us get an offer as quickly as possible and stayed in touch with the realtor in our home state. She gave us all feedback from showings so we could continue to make small improvements while on the market. We ended up dropping the price because the market was in the slower season, but once we did that we were able to get an offer that was almost at our original asking price. I was able to move before closing and she helped me get contacts and estimates for things that needed to be done on the inspection. If we were staying in Washington we would have kept Karen as our realtor for life!

ZillowVERIFIED We searched for a home in the Renton/Kent area on and off for two years before finally closing a deal. Karen was patient with our pickiness, sympathetic with our frustrations in the tight market, and helpful in guiding us through the final purchase. She was knowledgeable about the market and techniques for making our offer stand out. She was extremely responsive, even during the rare times she was technically on vacation. Karen is very professional in every sense of the word.

ZillowVERIFIED From the get go Karen Jackson was fantastic. This isn't my first home I've sold so being a little more familiar then many on selling a home was immediately impressed with Karen. She was ALWAYS quick to respond to e-mail, great with fielding our questions and she made felt more like a family member assisting us then an agent. It never felt like she had other obligations besides us, and she was extremely focused on helping us sell. I highly recomment Karen and having multiple agents in the past will say with no reservations that Karen stood head & shoulders above them all.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Karen was not only very positive but she made it an easy one. As a first time home buyer in a challenging market she broke the process down step by step and made it clear she was always available to answer any questions that might arise. I have a challenging schedule which lead to odd hours for both showings and meetings. I never waited more than 30 minutes for a reply either by phone or email. She checked in though out the process and ensured that I was always comfortable when taking the next step in the process. A very high level of knowledge in all areas of the home buying process and sincerely cares about your home buying experience. Intend to use again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Karen to both sell and buy simultaneously. Prior to selling, she came out and did an evaluation on my home. I ended up having to wait to sell (about 7 months). She kept in contact throughout that time. Once on the market, she explained how things would go, given the busy market and let me know what to expect. My house sold quickly and I found a new home quickly as well. Overall, great knowledge and a lot of patience! Every little question I had, she responded to. She helped me through every detail. I still call on her from time to time with questions. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Jackson is an excellent real estate agent and a wonderful person who helped make my difficult transition a pleasant learning experience. She listened to my needs even when I wasn't quite sure where I wanted to live. She showed me several listings in several areas...she was always on time and always prepared to answer my questions about the property we were viewing and she kindly helped me find my way to the property when I would get lost...which was often. She was always quick to answer her phone or return a call or email. Her patience was remarkable and genuine, even when I changed course a couple of times. She was very gracious throughout the entire process and we recently closed on my new home after months of looking. She took my circumstances, personality and budget into consideration to help me find the right home in the right location at the right price that fits me very nicely. I believe Karen's first priority is the happiness of her clients and I'm grateful to her for all she has done for me. Now she's selling the house and I'm sure she'll find the perfect match for it too.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen has been an amazing realtor!! We have bought our second house now with her and have nothing but compliments to say in regards to her professionalism and friendliness. She is such a great realtor and will bend over backwards to sell your house and/or get you the next house. Anyone struggling to find someone to help you in your home sale or purchase....pick Karen. When we went to sign our final paper work, even the lady working at the escrow office was telling us how on top of things Karen was, friendly, and funny she was. We will be recommending her to all our friends and family. Don't pick her? Your loss really.
