Review My husband and I bought a condo in West Neck 55+ community in April 2018. We visited properties with Karen in 2017 and with her extensive knowledge of that community we were able to identify features that we wanted; price points; etc. When a unit, with features we wanted, became available we were able to make an offer promptly. Our offer was accepted promptly and we were able to deal with the process before and through closing without leaving Maine. Everything was done remotely with Karen's guidance and the help of her staff. There are lots of documents to read and sign with a condo purchase and she and her staff maintained clarity to the process and all was handled by email and remote access to documents, etc. Karen provided guidance with utilities, inspections, maintenance, etc. Very helpful to us 900 miles away. Review After six months of almost no activity with another Realtor, we gave our listing to Karen and had an offer within days.She was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We had to have some repairs done on the house before closing, and no matter what needed done, Karen knew a licensed handyman or contractor who could do the job quickly and correctly.Karen also makes very good use of technology; except for the actual closing documents, we were able to sign everything electronically over Dotloop. This meant that paperwork took minutes instead of days, and it didn't matter whether or not I was in town.Lastly, I'm not entirely convinced that Karen sleeps. We never had to wait long for a reply from her, whether it was early in the morning, late in the evening, or on weekends.I don't know that anyone can make selling a home truly "pleasant," but Karen made it nearly painless, and we appreciate her greatly for that.
