She talks 90 miles a minute, you might have to slow her down but once she says what she has to say you will understand everything she wanted you to. We met her family at my sons and his wives home. Their families go to church together. When you meet her, you will know from the start that she is a trustworthy lady and knows how to sell your home. She wont sugar coat anything, she says it like it is, but she puts her whole soul into making you happy. She takes you step by step how things work, most people do everything online now days, but because we were confused about a few things, she came to our home and walked us through every step. This lady really cares about her clients. Yes, we all know if it doesnt sell, she makes nothing and it is her job to sell, but there are agents that list your house and set back and let others sell it for them, but not Kaitlyn, this girl does her job. ZillowVERIFIEDDuring the entire process, Kaitlyn was there to walk us through every step, answering even the most obscure of questions and giving us more of her time than warranted. What struck me the most was the fact even before we had a guaranteed loan, she was willing to show us places and was doing research for us, even taking/ asking questions as late as 10 PM. As we were getting closer to closing, we were having some communication issues with my loan and title company to the point where it was getting disruptive; Kaitlyn made sure everything moved forward as needed and personally pushed paperwork, emailed and made calls on my behalf to ensure the situation was smoothed out.
