Kaitlyn Overbeek

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Overbeek, some call me Kait. I am a Real Estate agent in NC and SC, team assistant, wife and mom to 2 beautiful kids. I've been in real estate for over five years, and my passion lies in serving others. Before real estate, I worked in the medical field, where I guided patients through important decisions and life situations. Now, I have the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest steps in their lives--whether that's purchasing their first home or selling a cherished property. My goal is to be a steady, supportive guide, and trusted advocate for every client I serve. When I'm not with clients, I'm usually spending time with my family and friends-whether we're relaxing at home or cheering at the ball field. Most of the time, you'll find me with a coffee or Pepsi in hand. I love giving back through volunteering at our church and I really enjoy cooking. A few things you may not know about me.... I was born in Virginia and raised in Michigan! I served in the Army National Guard. Three years ago, my husband and kids took a leap of faith and moved to Clover, SC. It's truly been one of the best decisions we've made for our family. While we miss our friends and family back in Michigan, we've found such a sense of home here in the Carolinas. We are currently building our dream home here and now have 6 chickens to add to our homestead we are establishing! I am here to serve you!
