ZillowVERIFIEDI recently moved from out of state, and Kadie was like my right hand. She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She even came and checked on the house when the hurricane hit to give me an update before I moved in. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had three different agents looking for a aEURoespecificaEUR? type of propertyaEUR|. Kadie was the only one who 1) listened to my needs. 2) showed me properties that matched my needs and not forcing other items onto me. 3) was working for ME on negotiations and not just for her pocketbook. Our closing was smooth, precise and effortless on my end!!! I have bought numerous properties over the years and by far the best agent to date!!! Thank you for everything and look forward to more listings in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I sold our home in no time. Kadie led the process with little to no effort on my part. From discussing the sale, taking professional pictures of our home, arranging house tours, etc. She also helped us with the purchase of land in our county. Closing was set up for the same day, which saved time. I would recommend Kadie to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is a true expert in this field.
