ZillowVERIFIED I want to give kudos to Blake Hartis who was my agent in looking for a new home. I did not have a lot of time to look for a new home. Blake understood my needs well for my downsizing and always found potential houses to fit my needs which also changed during the process. He did a great job adapting to schedule. He assisted in getting quotes and vendors for home inspection, mortgage and repairs. He even helped me install my washer and dryer so it would fit the space intended. He is solution oriented. Lastly, he was always cognizant of complying with covid-19 guidelines whether it be his office or the seller. All around 5-star rating!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck recently helped us with our dream home. We found a home that was about 75% complete after our home sold quickly. He send us plenty of options as soon as they were listed after we decided to start the process. The one thing I really appreciated about Chuck is that he was so responsive when we had a question or a concern. He was always available. The process on the other end of our purchase had some rough moments and Chuck was always on our side expressing our concerns, and making sure things were done to our satisfaction. Sometimes with new construction, people just go with the seller's realtor, but it was important to us to have someone on our side. Chuck is professional at all times, and he works for the good of his client, even when it may not always be easy or comfortable. He has a wonderful, calm demeanor which was helpful during some stressful moments. He really cares about his clients. We can't say enough great things about Chuck and Woodall Reality.

Ashley told us that the best choice for our situation would be an investor who wanted to flip it.
