Justin is a super agent/broker. He sold our commercial property aEURoeas isaEUR?. To begin, we had no hope of recouping our investment. He made it happen. We got more for the property than we thought possible. He explained all legal aspects, so we knew exactly what was happening. Every week, potential buyers got tours. We had a number of bids. He did virtually all of the paper work. Took the time to find people who could help us get the property ready. All the documents came to us by email, ready to be signed with Docu sign. Other than getting the property ready to show, we basically sold the property from our couch. He kept us in the loop on every important aspect, but didnt overwhelm us with minutia. He was responsive, returning calls and texts immediately. Great, kind, easy to get along with. We liked him very much as a person. That made a difference. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Justin.

The proposed contract with a comm'l realtor seems ?

You can negotiate a shorter term for the listing. Try for 6 months. Bear in mind that commercial properties can take much longer to market and sell than residential, so the agent does have good reason to push for a longer engagement.
