ZillowVERIFIEDThe marketing was perfectly done, emphasizing charm over showiness, even though I honestly thought my little lake property would be lost among the large estates. It felt more distinguished because of the Sothebys touch. I felt truly heard the entire time, and we ended up with more than I had expected.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a house from Justin a couple of years ago. Its pretty safe to say that this is our dream house. It was out of our price range, but somehow, Justin worked his magic and was able to broker a deal that worked for both us and for the sellers. It was an incredibly positive experience for both parties. The result is that we were able to purchase our dream home, build an ongoing trusting and heartfelt relationship woth the previous owners and move into a great house with terrific karma. I also used Justin to sell my old house and again he did a great job. He is very knowledgeable of the area. He knows the market, hes super smart, and hes a great negotiator. He really knows how to bring parties together to make a win win deal. I cant recomemd him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin responded to our initial inquiry when we were vising Chelan in the fall of 2012. He advised us that he grew up in Chelan and knew the area very well, that his father was also an agent or broker in Chelan, and that he, Justin, had substantial experience with this market. He promptly started searching for properties that met our criteria. In January of 2013 we contacted Justin to see the Hawks Meadow home, and he arranged for us to see the property on our wa out of town. A week later he assisted us in putting an offer together that, coincidentally, was made on the same day as another competing offer. With Justin's guidance, our offer was positioned so that the buyers accepted our offer. Although Justin did leave for vacation during the time we were securing a loan, he let us know and made himself available via his cell phone. He also showed up at the house the day we moved in to welcome us to our home. Overall we had a 5-star experience and would recommend Justin to anyone looking for a home in Chelan.
