ZillowVERIFIED In March of 2022, I started browsing the market online since I would soon be purchasing my first home. I stumbled upon selling agent, Micahia from Justin Landis Group, who was assigned to me as a selling agent on Zillow. Micahia and I started chatting back and forth, and scheduled a Zoom call to introduce myself. After our Zoom call, I realized that Micahia was definitely my first choice as a real estate agent. Though I started looking at homes really early, Micahia kept me up-to-date on the latest market trends as well as sharing various homes she believed would be a good fit for me. I started actively searching mid-July. We maybe toured 15 homes and I was getting overwhelmed. Micahia reassured me and kept me on track as she said it certainly takes time to find the 'perfect home'. The very next day, we toured my perfect home. From there, we submitted and offer and it immediately got accepted. I just closed on September 20th! My experience with Micahia was more than I expected. She is kind, courteous, and really puts the client first. ZillowVERIFIED Shawn is the best! My husband and I had some pretty outlandish wishes for our future home. We were both sure we would be making a lot of compromises when it came down to it, however, we ended up finding every single thing we asked for; our literal dream home! Shawn searched high and low for us and was always up for an aEURoeadventureaEUR? when it came to looking at some of the more rural homes. She was so flexible with her schedule that it made flying in from another state to look at homes a breeze. Her communication skills are top notch. My husband and I live a wildly busy life with four children and Shawn was so wonderful about sending us reminders and letting us know when/how we needed to do things. They are at the forefront of local market expertise and provide client-focused support every step of the process. As a result, they are experts that listen to and accommodate their clients. I was living out-of-state when I decided to sell my home. The ease and speed they connected me with external resources to do repairs, paint, clean, etc. was incredible. The same was true of scheduling marketing content including photos and videos of my home. Ashton and the team handled everything from turning lights on/off every day there were showings to posting fun notes that highlighted special features (ex/ showerhead with bluetooth speaker). Most impressive was their responsiveness, ability to help with all needs, and the friendly nature of each member of the team. It is clear they enjoy what they do which makes an inherently stressful process pleasant. On Memorial Day, an offer was received. I was literally on a boat when Ashton contacted me. Thanks to Ashton, the interruption to my holiday was a blip that did not impact my family time. Did I mention that I was on a safari the two weeks before my closing? Knowing I was in the best hands, I was able to enjoy my trip without worries. As expected, when I returned everything was in place and ready for an easy closing. Reflecting on all they did for me, it is astonishing that they provide this level of service for every client. I don't know how they do it--but I am most grateful that they do!

To date I have partnered up with Casey on purchasing my first home, my second home and currently looking for an investment property. As first time home buyers, it can be very overwhelming to look at homes for weeks on end, not knowing exactly what you truly want or need. Paige was super patient and wildly knowledgeable about what we should be focusing on during the tours/open houses. We could have settled at any time and had a 45min - 1hr commute outside of our area, but once we came up with a game plan we felt confident and proud of the offers that were being made.
