Retired and now moved here to Washington state to be with family and grandchildren. Justin came highly recommended as an agent and now I see exactly why. He helped us find a house exactly what we had in mind for privacy and in a great location but when we were up against 15 other bids and some bids much higher, Justin convinced the seller's realtor we would be mostly cash ready with a quick closing.
