Our home was on the market for over a year in a tough location, during an unfavorable market, and amid a complicated family situation. Justin Bonney stepped in after another agent left us hanging, untangled the mess, and guided us through every step with professionalism, honesty, and constant communication. He is a man of character and expertise. Even in one of the most challenging cases, Justin never gave up on us and got us to the finish line. He went above and beyond, handling the behind-the-scenes work well never forget. We not only found our go-to agent but also gained a trusted friend. Highly recommend Justin to anyone who needs someone reliable, resourceful, and committed when it matters most.

Our relationship with Justin started as a referral from a trusted Realtor here in Virginia whom we've used on both the sale and purchase of two houses. Our local Realtor was that rare combo of knowledgeable, hard-working, responsive and experienced and we asked her for a recommendation of someone with matching qualities to sell our son's house in Van Nuys. She suggested Justin and we couldn't be happier with the result. He was prompt in responding and diligent in guiding the process along. He is the go-to agent for knowledge of the Van Nuys residential market. That includes, most importantly, a firm understanding of what buyers are looking for, and willing to pay for, in purchasing a house. He was thus able to provide advice and guidance on the refreshing, repairing and improving that would return $1+ in sales price for every $1 spent and, critically, he had access to quality contractors able to get the work done promptly, which meant putting the house on the market when planned.

We cant thank our Justin enough for the incredible experience he provided us while buying our first home! My wife and I met him almost 2 years ago at an open house and he was extremely personable. At the time, we were casually looking but when we found a house we wanted to put an offer in on, he was the first person that came to mind and he became our agent since that time. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand our needs, preferences, and budget. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions, making the whole process much smoother than we could have imagined. What truly sets him apart is how he went above and beyond - he not only helped us find the perfect house, but he also provided expert advice on every step of the process, from negotiating the price and terms to recommending reliable contractors for post-purchase work. His commitment to our satisfaction was clear at every turn. We were consistently impressed by Justin's dedication and professionalism. He never hesitated to jump on a call, schedule last-minute viewings, or give us honest, practical advice about everything from our mortgage options to the types of locks we needed for our windows. His attention to detail and thoroughness ensured that we were never in the dark, and we felt supported throughout the entire journey. Thanks to him, we now have our dream home, and we couldnt have asked for a better agent. If youre looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and will go above and beyond, look no further. Justin is the best in the business and we will definitely recommend him to all our family and friends!

Parker represented us when my wife and I just bought our first home in L.A. to be closer to family. The house hunting process took about a month, which involved visiting 5-10 properties. On these visits we found Parker to have extreme attention to detail (testing faucets, determining floor materials, noticing built-ins). We were one of the first buyers to tour a home, which gave us an edge in negotiations. With Parker's help, we were able to understand and react to each step of the process, so we had the information to make the right decision for us. Ultimately, we let that house go and made an offer on a different house that Parker helped us find, which we are proud to now own! In the final negotions, Parker stood up for our interests and got us a very fair price, while making sure the other party was happy. It was probably the professionalism and positive attitude, which is why we will be recommending Parker to our friends and family. -The Turners

Justin was very helpful and responsive. He was available at all hours to answer any questions I had and was very supportive in guiding me through the homebuying process as a first-time buyer. Though I would have liked it if he were a bit more aggressive with the Sellers, he provided excellent recommendations for inspection companies and financing that helped me out a lot. He was very patient and attentive to my needs as a first-time buyer going through a new and difficult process. I felt very comfortable working through the process with Justin and would be happy to have him as my agent again.
Answered Questions
Hi there Eileen, Since you were not married and your former boyfriend signed a quitclaim, you should be good to go. Depending on the state, the escrow/title company may need additional information to clear the quitclaim. He is not entitled to the proceeds of the sale. He is however on the hook for the loan as it was signed with what is called joint and several liability. This will go away when the loan is paid off. Happy to help!
Hey there Mike, It is always best to declutter the home and tidy things up for photos. If the place is worn, a fresh coat of paint is the best ROI along with some curb appeal clean up.
