We found that she was a non-pressure professional, spending most of the time finding out about us, our house, our expectations and concerns. And we were quite pleased with our choice! JulieAnn hustled and stayed on top of all the different components required to sell our home. She always made us feel like we were her only customer (which was clearly not the case) but she was always responsive and available. Our property was a bit unusual and she anticipated potential questions by potential buyers during the open house and planned accordingly so their needs were met during their visit. Her negotiation skills and experience came into play during all of the contract submissions. And there was one issue with the inspection and JulieAnn made a great recommendation for a serviceman.
