Julie has been our Realtor 3 times now, and each time we walked away ecstatic and impressed with our experience. Her expertise shined in every negotiation. She will fight to make sure you get the best possible outcome in every scenario. What makes Julie standout from other realtors is that she TRULY cares about your best interests. She prioritizes your happiness over the business aspect of real estate (profits /etc.) When I describe her to family and friends, I tell them shes like the Mama Bear of Real Estate. Shes the best!

Julies professionalism and promptness make her an agent youd want working for you. Not to mention she is kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable in the different financial expenses with buying versus building. She was helping me look for a lot of land or a home for sale. I eventually found a home I fell in love with and decided to buy instead of build due to the cost of taxes. She helped me make the best offer which ultimately got me the house.

Julie did an outstanding job selling our home! She gave us tips to make the most profit. She outlined her marketing strategy. She sold our house in less than a week. Her communication was swift and easy. We trust her completely! I bought our present home from her in 2013 and had a similar excellent experience. Will most definitely go to her in the future for our real estate needs!

Julie is a very reliable and knowledgeable realtor who did an excellent job to walk me through the process of selling my home. She was always available to answer any questions I had during the listing process. Julie went above and beyond to ensure the closing process went smooth since I moved out of the area from the property we sale. She was proactive and able to save me from excess travel during closing. My experience with her and her company exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending her to all my family and friends.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this girl worked extremely hard for us finding exactly what we needed at exactly the right time. We searched for years trying to find a home in the Kutztown area to return from our 17 year stay in Texas. She stuck with us no matter how long it took us to make a decision and in the long run, it paid off well for us. She was able to tell us what would be a sound investment and what would be a money pit. She also guided us to find the best financing options available. If I need to find a different home, this is my agent. What a gift she was for us and I'm sure she will be for you. Need more information on her gifts, call me.

We worked with Julie to buy our new home and then sell our old home. As a buyer, Julie was always available to show us a home we were interested in seeing (usually more than once), and ensured we were aware of both positive features and possible concerns of a home. When we found our "dream" home, Julie was proficient in guiding us through the process and actively negotiated a fair price. We were especially pleased with Julie's experience and expertise when it came time to sell our home. We had a very unique property. Her listing description of our property elicited significant interest and subsequent showings. Our home sold quickly and we received our asking price. We highly recommend Julie whether you are buying or selling a home. She was a pleasure to work with and we greatly appreciated her experience, knowledge and "partnership".

Julie has worked with us as a Buyer's Agent and was fantastic. We had very particular requirements for our new home. She had patiently worked with us over several months and showed us any home we wanted to see. My work schedule kept me very limited to the times we could view homes and Julie was extremely accomodating in showing homes in the evening and on very short notice. After several months we found the perfect home we were looking for. We also had sold our home and needed to close fast. Julie had us in our new home in under 4 weeks. We highly recommend Julie and if we buy or sell again, she is our first call.

We reached out to this agent for assistance on looking at a number of houses. However we were discouraged from seeing a number of properties due to certain details which we were already aware of such as tax rates or sale type. We were judged on what we could afford before she even met us and told us not to go through our credit union for mortgage info. She also assumed we didn't know what we were doing even though we own a few properties. We moved on to another realtor.

We found Julie on line. Her website at goberks.com was very impressive. Easy to navigate and all information was provided; the photos were complete and extensive. So my husband and I agreed that if our house was going to sell this was the exposure needed to make it happen. (especially in such a slow economy). And so we contacted Julie, liked her style and expertise, and signed on with her. A year later our home was sold - that may seem like a long time but it wasn't considering other homes in our area are still for sale! We highly recommend Julie to get the job done. She even sends a copy of your settlement sheet for tax purposes right when you need it - at tax time!Marianne and Bryon Scott

When we were moving from Pittsburgh, Pa. to Berks County after retiring, we contacted Julie on a recommendation. It was the best decision we made. We told her what we were looking for and the areas we were interested in and she got to work immediately. She spent countless hours lining up homes for us to visit on the days we could make the trip. She spent an entire day with us visiting these homes and provided us with all the information we would need on the homes as well as the area. After eliminating the ones we were sure we didn't want she took us back to see the ones we thought were possibles. The home we were the most interested in had higher taxes then we would have liked to pay. She knew how much we loved this home and went to bat for us with the seller to reduce the asking price so it would not be a burden on us. She didn't stop there. She helped us with all the information we needed to set up utilities and also names of reliable contractors for some of the things we would need to do some work we would want done. These things were very important to us since we were living in Western Pa. and had no idea of where to start here in Eastern Pa. Every time we called her if she couldn't answer immediately, she got back to us very quickly. Not only were we happy with her expertise but we loved her personality. She let us know we were special to her and our desires were her priority. You will not find anyone more qualified to work for you then Julie.
