ZillowVERIFIED I had the misfortune of working with Julie when we were looking to relocate out to the Rockford area from the Chicago suburbs last spring. She refused to show us houses we wanted to see, would give unsolicited and unethical advice about certain areas of the city (not sure that is even legal). She gave us the cold shoulder at several showings while she texted on her phone the entire time. We went through 2 inspections with this woman on 2 houses and she made it out like the inspector was too thorough? For the 2nd house she insisted we give a hefty $5,000 deposit check , which she proceeded to then hold hostage for over a month after the offer fell through. Ignored my calls, and blocked our numbers. I finally got a hold of someone in her office, Molly, who was able to get my money back after threat of involving my lawyer. Horrible person, and I will be reporting her to the board of real estate agents. She should be ashamed of how she behaves and treats people in such a stressful market. This was to be my very first home, and she tainted the entire experience. I ended up deciding against moving to the area.

We then spent many months looking for our dream home that we had hard time finding. Julie was relentless in her efforts to help us find it. She showed us many homes and never became frustrated or made us feel like we were wasting her time. She even sent letters to people that didnt even have their home on the market that we liked saying if your interested in selling please contact me. ZillowVERIFIED We have two experiences with this realtor. First, during an open house we attended. We entered and exited the home without ever being acknowledged. We did hope to work with Julie so that she could provide further information concerning this property. (We were there for at least 15 minutes) Not even a simple hello. Second, Julie was a realtor showing the home in which we lived. She came early, entered the home, and was openly rude in front of her clients as I explained the time discrepancy. Not a positive experience with this realtor.
