Review Julie was able to sell our home rapidly at premium dollar with-in her own internal network of other agents she works closely with. We technically never hit the market while not having to deal with open houses and non- stop scheduling of walk throughs. I worked from home and my kids were being home schooled at the time. There was just no way for us to just get up and leave for a showing. This was our first time selling a home and I was not very familiar with all of the processes and expectations which created a lot of stress for me. She took here time to offer me proper coaching, education, and mentorship to push through all of the action items and few minor obstacles. After realtor shopping, she had the most experience, knew the area in detail, and was incredibly responsive on all days and hours. This process was nerve-wracking because it was buying a house from a distance, and sight unseen. The market being so fast and crazy right now, Julie made sure we saw the houses that fit our needs and wants. Review I can honestly say there is no one better for the job than Julie but please allow me to elaborate. Five years ago, after heart surgery and a prolonged rehabilitation, I felt I could no longer maintain my home and placed it on the market. The agent I used at the time seemed to lack expertise and basic empathy. After six months of this treatment and not one offer on the house, I simply took it off the market. Fortunately my recovery went well and I was able to resume normal activities until very recently. I contacted Julie after just Iearning my health had declined to the extent that I would have to move for my own safety and time was of the essence. Julie was one of the first people my wife and I contacted after receiving the news. She was at our door within hours and she promised to take care of us. In addition to coordinating handy men, cleaners and electricians, she held our hands throughout the whole process. The house had a bid the second day it was on the market, I am currently writing this review on the day it sold, less than two months later. Julie is professional, knowledgeable, ethical and a remarkable advocate. I am forever grateful.
