If I could give her 100 stars I would. Before Julie we had been with THREE realtors before her. All unfortunately left us upset and hopeless. Wasting time, gas and energy. Yet finding Julie was the best thing we ever did. We had a very tight deadline and we were very picky about what we wanted. Yet Julie was extremely on the ball with showings. Plus being on my own 100% while my husband worked I really valued her company and professional opinion. She made the entire process very easy for us first time home buyers! My biggest rave for Julie is that she always thinks of her clients first. Which is a rare find in this industry. Not once was she pushy or trying to sway us in price or location. Yet do expect her to make sure the house is clean and worth the listing price. If its not you can count on her to point the pro/cons out. Sometimes when shopping I personally found myself unable to pick these flaws up. Yet Julie was there to point everything out and help me decide. We passed a handful of homes I first loved. Yet Im so thankful I wasnt pushed to buy just any house. As the one we found is our dream home in perfect condition! Plus during negotiations we were able to save thousands thanks to her. We were looking to downsize our house and had spent a lot of time researching houses in our area. Our lender paired us with Julie Aguiar from ERA Real Estate, Palm Coast. We were concerned given she lived in a different county and about 25 minutes away. Julie reached out immediately and asked some questions about what we were looking for. We, almost instantly, started to get notifications with homes. She was very personable, and responded almost immediately any time we had a question. If we gave her an address to see she would have a time set up for us within about an hour. She was honest and gave very good advice. When we found the house, that we absolutely fell in love with, she immediately notified the selling agent. She knew we were very nervous because several people were looking at the same house. Within 3 hours Julie had us signing a contract. It was the best experience I have ever had spending money. It was very quick and painless. Julie Aguiar is a great agent.

Julie is very patient and understands the investment we were about to make. she took us to see tons of houses. Julie was always available and scheduled showing even in her off days. I relocated to the area about a month ago. As many of you know, this process can be unbearable at times. And it was. Julie made this transition as smooth as possible, even with the hiccups that we encountered. Let me just say, I dont have good luck. I would recommend her highly to anyone. She met me over several weekends to show me houses and answered every phone call/text that I sent her. If she didnt know the answer, she would find out for me. She knew the area, which was great, because I was clueless. If you want a great realtor who doesnt drop the ball and is a great communicator, she is the person for you. I found my dream home and absolutely love it. Thanks for all of your hard work!! KUDOS TO YOU!!!
