ZillowVERIFIEDJulia is a fantastic realtor and was such a valued partner in our housing search process. With the rental market being incredibly competitive this year given the pandemic, Julia was a trusted source, a wealth of information, and a calming presence. She was incredibly flexible and patient, providing us great guidance throughout the process of finding a home that fit all our needs. Julia was very responsive to each question we had, and helped provide us an honest perspective every step of the way. We highly recommend Julia and look forward to working with her again in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDJulia is the first round pick as your lineman! Julia made this entire process so effortless for my family and I as we sold our family home. She came in on a whim to take a look at the house, give us the best suggestions to put the house on the market for the best value. She is so knowledgeable. Not once did I or my family ever have a question that went unanswered. She is incredibly efficient and stuck to the timelines that she gave us. She had my familys best interest at heart and it showed. She sold my home so quickly, we were in complete awe. When I believed it wouldnt happen, her optimism kept us going. She was efficient in presenting all offers to us, honest in her advice, and such a pleasure to work with. I'm so glad that I went with her for the sale of our home and cant wait to work with her again for the purchase of our new home. You cannot go wrong with choosing Julia!

She took the time to understand our wants and needs to make sure we saw houses and neighborhoods that fit our criteria. She knows so much about the area and was able to answer all of our questions about schools, shopping, etc. Shes funny, nice, and very responsive!! You cant go wrong with Julia!
