ZillowVERIFIED I worked in the administrative side of the real estate business for 18 years and rarely came across an agent who was more professional, kind-hearted, hard-working and just all around a pleasant person to be around than Julia Foard-Lynch. My husband and I bought and sold, simultaneously, and can't think of anyone I would have rather had by my side through that roller coaster! Since then, we sold another house with Julia and have referred friends and family members to her...one of which resulted in another list/purchase! (lay it on her, she can take it!) -Julia will work her hardest to get you top dollar for your sale and the fairest price on your purchase. I speak from experience! -I was always very comforted that I didn't have to chase her for answers or info...she responds to emails, phone calls and texts promptly. -She tells you what you need to know, even if you don't think to ask...this makes her great for first time homebuyers. -She's also great for the 2nd, 3rd time buyers...I threw a LOT of random or "creative", scenarios on her and she always had an answer or always knew where to get the answers. -I would say her expertise lies mostly in the Warrenton and Culpeper area....her old stomping grounds! If it was not for Julia, I would not be sitting in my dream office of my my dream home right now, writing this. This house became ours on nothing short than Divine intervention and Julia Foard-Lynch grabbing the bull by the horns at literally a moments notice! (ask her about it sometime!)
