ZillowVERIFIEDThe prospect of buying a home in Maine, with the limited inventory and skyrocketing prices, was daunting...but Jules made it a joy! Her knowledge and experience was invaluable when navigating this challenging market. She did not hesitate to tell us when it was time to get aggressive or walk away. In the end, she not only helped us purchase an amazing home in the neighborhood we desired, but made it an enjoyable process every step of the way. Although we have no plans of moving from the wonderful home Jules helped us find, we hope we have the pleasure of working with Jules again sometime soon!
ZillowVERIFIEDRight from the start I was impressed with Jules, she knew the market, she asked good questions, she understood the condo associations rules and regulations better than I did and caught a huge error that definitely would have effected one of the offers on my property. She explained her strategy on pricing my condo and she couldnt have been more spot on, her plan worked perfectly and I couldnt be happier. Ive seen other listings on the market miss the mark, they lost the crucial first impressions by potential buyers with a poor pricing and marketing strategy. I had an offer over asking within the first day and multiple offers by the second. I followed all of her recommendations to the letter, I decluttered, I moved things to stage better, she explained each offer and the pros and cons of each perfectly. Overall a great experience, I cant wait to use her to find my next home when I'm ready.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe helped us sell two housesin 2013 - 2014 and buy our current home in 2018. Made us feel like we were her only customers! Very knowledgeable and right on top of everything! We recommend her whenever we can. She is the best!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Jules for two years trying to find my perfect home. She was so patient, informative, flexible, as well as being compassionate and generous. I can't not say enough good things about Jules and my experience working with her. Through two years of active searching I constantly changed my mind and preferences, and without a blink of an eye she would happily adjust. She always went above a beyond and made herself readily available for me. Being a single buyer I leaned on her a lot, she was always honest with me and gave me her expert opinions when I asked, she very quickly earned my trust and respect. When it came to finally finding my house it wasn't the smoothest process because of inspection findings and appraisal. Jules took care of everything for me, I never had to make one phone call or worry about anything. She was so on top of everything and always found alternative options to make sure I got my house. I now have been in my home for a little over a week and Jules is still quick to answer my questions. I know that she will continue to be a resource for me, and I can always reach out to her with anything. She was an exceptional agent and I feel very lucky to have worked with her in finding my first home.
ZillowVERIFIEDJules was as knowledgeable, responsive, and professional as they come - we had a very positive and smooth experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
