The best thing about her is her responsiveness. You can always reach her, and she returns ALL messages/texts/emails. She helped show our house's best features by using a professional photographer for the mls listing, and other advertising. If given enough time, she pre-markets the property so that when ours hit the market, we had 4 offers within 3 days, and above asking price. I would highly recommend Judy Paul as your sellers' agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy is the best realtor we've ever had! Very dedicated, thorough, experienced, realistic about pricing, and she definitely negotiates to protect you. She is also creative! She had great staging ideas and new ways to help buyers see themselves in our house. We had a weird shaped room (that was empty) and after a few people commented on it, she suggested we write a letter explaining how we used the room & post it on the door. Problem solved! House sold shortly after. I highly recommend Judy Paul.
