So thankful for Judy helping us buy our first home! My wife and I were relocating to the St Pete area and she is the first realtor I called and I'm so glad I did! She picked up right away and I immediately knew we found the right person from the beginning of our conversation. I called her on a Monday and by Thursday we already have a day packed full of seeing houses! I was so glad she was able to fit us in so quickly because we had a narrow amount of time in our schedules to come to the area and see houses. From there she was very available every step of the way to help us figure things out and negotiate with the buyer. She also gave us a lot of advice from her experience. One other thing that was totally on point was her recommendations and referrals. She always had the best insurance agent and best vendors on her contact list- whenever Id do my own research, her vendors always came out with better rates and services. Judy did a great job in getting this property sold quickly. She had a number of interesting challenges to get thru, like old open permits and needing to bring everything up to code. The yard was a complete jungle. And the owner (myself) was out of the country most of the time. But she a trooper, just got in there and solved the problems. I was surprised at how fast it was sold. Great job Judy! See you again soon.
