ZillowVERIFIEDJudy did a great job in getting this property sold quickly. She had a number of interesting challenges to get thru, like old open permits and needing to bring everything up to code. The yard was a complete jungle. And the owner (myself) was out of the country most of the time. But she a trooper, just got in there and solved the problems. I was surprised at how fast it was sold.
