It was the BEST decision we could have made. Judy listed the home at a fair price, generating a tremendous amount of interest from the start. By the time we were done, the house sold well above asking price, due to Judy's negotiating skills. There is no way we would have walked away with as much money as we did without Judy being involved in the process.Also, during the process, there were several times that Judy protected our interest as sellers when it would have been in her best interest financially to do otherwise. We really appreciated her honesty in an industry where that is not always the case.We also loved Debbie, Judy's assistant. She spent the time to get to know what I was looking for and spent the good part of the afternoon driving me around getting a feel for the house type I wanted. After talking to her, she suggested I stay within St. Joe even though I was looking at surrounding areas as well. We stumbled across a house and couldn't get the door unlock. We continued on looking at other houses but Judy was sure I would love the house we couldn't get in. With a few phone calls, and the help of a friend, we got in. I loved it..she was right! We negotiated the price back and forth and she was straightforward about what the range would be and we settled on a price. She was reponsive to my phone calls/emails/texts and kept me up to date on the process as I was out of town. Since I'm going to remodel it, she even sent me a list of people to contact to help me out. I can't wait to get settled in to the area and get started on my new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We selected Judy to sell our mother's home after carefully interviewing several local Realtors.Several factors affected our decision:1. She is a top producer in the local area.2. Her internet listings were very professional. Her photography is excellent. Compare the photos in her listings with those of other realtors.3. She gave a fair assessment of the home's value. It was a unique property down by Silver Beach, and the prices can vary wildly. She seemed apologetic for not knowing precisely what it would sell for (she gave us a 10% range), but I interpreted that as honesty. 4. She seems to have a good support network. We never interacted with any of her support staff, but I believe she has help.Once we engaged with Judy, she did everything we could hope for. She found a buyer, got us a fair offer, and kept us updated throughout the process. She was very accessible, often taking calls on weekends and evenings. Most e-mails were returned within 12 hours. Considering the number of listings she has, this seems very good.Our home inspection found one minor plumbing issue. Judy arranged for the plumber and made sure the problem was fixed to everybody's satisfaction. Total cost to us was less than $100, which was very fair.The only reason I did not give her a score on "negotiation skills" is that she was both the buyer and the seller in our transaction, so she really wasn't negotiating for us alone. However, she did do a good job of finding a buyer, and she was very clear about her fiduciary responsibilities to both of us. I think if she had been the seller only, she probably would have done a good job of negotiating on our behalf.Some people may be put off by Judy's aggressiveness in asking for the listing, but I wasn't. I took it as a sign of a committed professional salesperson.
