She went above and beyond in speedily responding whenever I had questions, and she provided good direction when we hit some roadblocks - ultimately even pointing me to the lender who processed the closing paperwork at double time in the time frame the sellers and I wanted. :) She's very efficient and knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with!
