ZillowVERIFIED When I initially contacted Angela, she was very cheerful, polite and enthused. We exchanged information and I let her know what I was interested. She said that she was in a doctor's appt and would call me back in an hour. Well that was almost a week ago. I think when she saw my name and heard my voice she took it upon herself and made the decision that this was not who she wanted to work with. A little simple, "I cant help you" would have been sufficient, but she ignored my repeated phone calls and text messages. If you're a minority or young, I highly suggest you look elsewhere for an agent, one that will give you the time and dedication that's needed to find a home.

Nothing could have prepared me for my very OWN experience which just so happened to be with Angela and her Broker. It was nothing short of a nightmare. I was not represented fairly or with any aspect or consideration of the general principles her licensing consists of. Her mistakes costs me thousands of dollars. I feel she was never looking out for my best interest what so ever. She promised to make it up to me and never did. I feel she only cares about herself and her money. I feel her broker Judy is equally as bad because when I went to her with my concerns she literally laughed at me over the phone. I have records of all of this. I had the legal team at my mortgage company look over contracts and emails and she did me a disservice and I was her client. If youre looking for a good realtor, please do your research and pick a good one. I have never seen what happened to me happen to anyone else. She is not a person of entrust with anything. Period.
