Kourtney is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to selling and buying! I cant recommend her enough! We had issues with people backing out of contracts, not terminating on time, not following the terms of the contract and Kourtneys experience and knowledge was the only reason we were able to navigate all those hurdles! We dealt with inexperienced realtors with potential buyers but Kourtney was able to put out all the fires and make the final sell a success! She is a rockstar and if anyone can make it happen its Kourtney! She also staged our house to sell it and it looked so perfect, expensive and great! She worked so hard cleaning, moving and organizing things on picture day for me because I couldn't be there due to work but she made it happen!
