ZillowVERIFIED This is now the second real estate transaction we have had with Juan and his team. Our home was listed for less than 24 hours before we had a full-price offer! The process was smooth and just as simple as our first experience with him. Communication was on point, there was full transparency and he was very respectful towards our requests. Another 5 stars without a doubt. We will go with no one else for our real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Juan and his team are amazing, from day one he took care of all of our needs and asked the right questions to find us the right home, ones we find the house that we like and gave him the ok to put an offer, it took him les the 24 hours to get the acceptation from the seller with our conditions, which they were very hard to get according with our mortgage company and some other agents that heard about our deal, me and my family have nothing but gratitude with Juan and his team, they keep me posted every Tuesday on how the prosses was going and always asking me if I had any questions or concerns. I will highly recommended him to all the Hispanic community because they speak Spanish, but also to every one that is trying to buy a house regardless of where are you from, they will take care of your family like if it was their on family. Thanks Juan

ZillowVERIFIED Juan helped me sell my home and buy my dream home. This is the second time I have worked with him since he fully gained my trust the first time he sold me my first house. He is the kind of realtor who will fight for you and will give you his honest opinions to help navigate you every step of the way. He is always so professional, on time and very responsive. He cares a lot about his clients not only during the process but even afterwards he is always there if there are any questions. I can't describe how immeasurably grateful I am to have him as a realtor. It is so hard to put so much trust into someone with such a vulnerable experience.. and with such a life changing financial decision, but Juan makes it easy. He kept me in the loop and involved in the entire process. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Review for Member: Juan Segura
ZillowVERIFIED Juan Segura and his team have easily been the best real estate team I have ever dealt with. I live in Washington State and Juan helped me sell my parents' home in Nevada State after trying another agent who not only was not able get the job done after months on the market but was also not honest with me on what was going on when there was interest, therefore allowing buyers to fall through. This was not my first selling of a home, but it was the first time I really felt the agent was 100% on my side with my interest in mind at all times. Even when I was being the difficult client, Juan never once presented himself as being frustrated with me or my comments. In fact, he did the opposite, consoling me through my frustrations and reactions (none of which were aimed at him). No agent has ever put in as much work and thought as Juan did, not to mention personally doing a few repairs himself when no one was available to do them on time. I know for a fact that is a rare occurrence for an agent to pull up their sleeves and tackle a home's repair themselves. I really felt he was always invested in us and our sale and he truly treated the home as if it was his own. I have told him several times and meant every word that, had I gone with any other agent, my house would likely still be on the market. We hit a few bumps along the way that Juan and his assistant Alex personally took care of for me. One of the things I really looked forward to since hiring Juan was their weekly updates, always with a personal phone call. Whether there was anything to update on or not, I always got my weekly phone call and even if there was no other news other than we're doing all we can, the simple personal touch always made me feel like they were putting in every effort possible to please me and get me results. Juan never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. He and Alex were both a pleasure to work with. I have been so impressed since Juan took on my listing. He went above and beyond his normal duties to get the best deal for me and get the home sold. Very professional, experienced and helpful. Juan, thank you so much for all of your help! We are so grateful for all of the hard work you've done to help us sell our home. We are endlessly grateful to have had you as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. I know that if I need an agent in the Nevada area ever again, Juan will be the first agent I call. Highly recommend! Anyone that hires Juan will receive the best service any agent can provide.
