I was approved through a lender juan reached out and called me back immediately to inform me that the loan I was getting was bogus. He explained to me that he had guys that could get me a better interest rate. He pointed me to the right direction and sure enough we got me a better deal. He interacts with you through out the whole process. Even went beyond to make sure we were hoppy. My wife & I were extremely satisfied with the out come. What was very cool about his listing was him being a former professional baseball player, and son of a retired Marine. We met with Juan shortly after contacting him and our successful journey began. The market was much different then and homes were selling very fast, and through all, he stayed persistent and dedicated. We closed on our home in July 2013. Even though the real estate deal is complete, Juan is now considered family. If ever a time there was a question or a repair or fix needed Juan has been there.
